WE CLEAN THE PRODUCT
We guarantee the 99.9% fully-automated cleaning of the product in closed, compartmentalised, artificial vision cleaning lines, without risk of cross contamination.
WE CARRY OUT THE GRINDING
We have 3 cleaning and crushing lines, 2 traditional grinding sections, 6 micro-grinding sections and 1 cryogenic grinding section, providing the best finish.
WE STEAM STERLIZE
7 continuous sterilization lines and 1 batch sterilization line.We guarantee the complete absence of pathogens and the reduction of TPC <50,000/G. A safe choice.
WE CLOSELY OVERSEE THE ENTIRE PROCESS
Using the most effective computer systems and the best automated control systems, we obtain the highest levels of traceability and total control, ensuring the highest quality.
